Nanay Cucas Hat

Can I borrow your hat? Nanay cucas!
The hat to show your friends when they are asking for too much, hahaha! Or simply enjoy telling non-Colombians what this iconic phrase means.
Curious fact: The word "Nanay" comes from indigenous languages, where nanay meant "pain." Originally, it was used to express compassion, but over time, the meaning evolved into a definite "no."
A literal translation of this phrase would be "there are no cucas" (cucas being a traditional Colombian cookie, not the other thing you were thinking, Pedro!), but it is used when someone asks for something and the answer is a definite NO!
So, don't let people cross your boundaries; just say, "¡Nanay cucas!"
